Gift Aid API is a product of Mukras Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC369337), registered office 18 Brighton Place, Peterculter, Scotland, AB14 0UN. You can write to us at support@giftaidapi.co.uk.

Our two roles

• For your account on this website, the sign-in details your provider shares with us, and the evidence you give us when you register an organisation, we decide why and how the data is used: we are the controller.
• For the donor data your organisation sends to the Gift Aid API to claim Gift Aid, your organisation is the controller and we act on its instructions: we are its processor, under the data processing agreement.

What this website holds today

• No account, sign-in or registration data is collected yet. This notice will be in force before any is.
• The website sets only strictly necessary cookies.
