If you cannot sign in

1. Try another way you have signed in before: Google, Facebook, or an email link.
2. Ask a colleague who is an Owner of your organisation to invite you again.
3. If neither works, write to support@giftaidapi.co.uk. giftaidapi will help where it can. We will ask you for:
   • your organisation's name;
   • its kind - charity, agent or nominee, or collecting agent - and its HMRC reference;
   • the email address you signed in with.

Your organisation's keys keep working while you sort out your sign-in: claims already being sent are not affected.

Write to support@giftaidapi.co.uk. Never send donor details by email.
